Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly discreet Personal Assistant / Lifestyle Manager to support the Principal and family in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day household and lifestyle activities.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Lifestyle Management

Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate personal errands, shopping, and household requirements.

Organize events, social engagements, and entertainment, including invitations, RSVPs, and guest management.

Ensure all household staff are coordinated efficiently to meet the Principal’s and family’s requirements.
Travel & Logistics

Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.

Arrange airport transfers, chauffeur services, and luggage handling.

Manage packing lists, travel documents, and personal belongings to ensure seamless travel.
Administrative & Professional Support

Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Principal.

Maintain records, files, and expense reports.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors as required.

Assist with budgeting, invoice tracking, and expense management.
Lifestyle & Wellbeing

Manage appointments with healthcare providers, personal trainers, stylists, and wellness professionals.

Oversee family schedules, including children’s activities, schooling, and extracurricular arrangements.

Anticipate and manage the Principal’s and family’s personal preferences, requirements, and routines.
Additional Duties

Handle ad hoc requests and projects, ranging from household improvements to personal shopping.

Provide discretion, loyalty, and professional representation at all times.

Support the Principal in both personal and professional matters as required.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or Executive Assistant in a private household, family office, or high-profile environment.

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs.

Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.

Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to assist with driving and household logistics a plus.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management tools, and communication apps.
