A fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organised EA/PA to join a fast-growing creative production and digital media business, supporting the CEO directly in a high-profile, dynamic role.

This is a temporary role with a view to go permanent for the right person. This would be an excellent opportunity to be involved with a growing creative business, work on high-profile projects, and operate at the heart of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a complex and shifting diary across multiple time zones
• Oversee inboxes, communications, and prioritisation for the CEO
• Act as a key liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, and external partners
• Coordinate internal teams across creative, production, and operations
• Prepare briefing materials and support strategic meetings
• Organise extensive international travel (US, Europe, Asia)
• Support high-profile events, industry activations, and engagements
• Provide personal support alongside executive responsibilities

Who you are:

• Proven experience as an EA/PA supporting a CEO or founder
• Previous experience in a start-up, creative, or fast-paced environment
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing upwards
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Discreet and professional handling sensitive information
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace ideal)
