Job Description

Tiger Private are currently looking for an exceptionally organised Personal Assistant to join a prestigious and highly successful office, working directly with the Chairman. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, high-performing environment, which calls for a naturally proactive, flexible and hardworking approach to deliver seamless, senior-level support.

This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure at the highest level of an impressive organisation, where the successful candidate's work will have real, tangible impact. The team is collaborative and close-knit, with a transparent culture, daily Deliveroo lunches, and more on offer.

This role is well suited to a PA with 2–5 years' experience looking to take an exciting next step.

What You'll Be Doing:

This role encompasses both Corporate and Private PA support, working closely alongside another PA to the Chairman.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Chairman's complex inbox and diary, meetings and priorities — both corporate and personal
  • Tracking correspondence and, where necessary, liaising with stakeholders and clients
  • Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items
  • Coordinating complex international travel for the Chairman, and accompanying them on work trips both in the UK and internationally
  • Liaising with the Chairman's Household team to coordinate where necessary
  • Managing expenses, invoices and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Supporting with event planning and coordination as required
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact and gatekeeper, exercising discretion at all times
  • Providing overflow support to the wider office as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years' experience as a PA, ideally supporting C-suite or senior leadership
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, flexible and hardworking approach, comfortable managing shifting priorities
  • Confident managing both corporate and private/personal support simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel
  • Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders, clients and household staff
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
  • A team player, able to work closely alongside another PA and a wider close-knit office

This role includes travel with the Chairman. You must be comfortable with a flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends if necessary. However, core hours are 7:45am-4:45pm based fully onsite in the office in Mayfair.
