Senior Biller/Bookkeeper
London
Permanent Part-time (3-4 days per week)
£45k FTE
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing consultancy firm based in central London. The company is looking to hire a PART-TIME Senior Biller/Bookkeeper who will work 3-4 days a week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Accounts Receivable including issuing client invoices monthly and reviewing client invoicing schedules
- Credit Control
- Accounts Payable including processing supplier invoices on Xero and preparing weekly supplier batch payments
- Process ad hoc payments as required
- Process staff expenses on Xero and reconcile monthly statements
- Communicate any payroll changes to external accountants
- Prepare and present the quaterly VAT return
- Man the finance inbox (10-15 actionable items per day)
- Monthly P&L variance reporting to budget to identify errors or issues
- Support with monthly forecasting and year-end reporting
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
- 2-3 years of experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prior experience working within a rapidly growing professional services company
- Strong Excel skills
- Prior experience using XERO
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
