Location: London - Hybrid
Type: Permanent, full time
Start: ASAP
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: Up to £40k, DOE

Role Overview

The company is seeking a People Operations Coordinator with 2+ years’ experience to support end-to-end HR operations. You will manage lifecycle processes, Workday administration, document issuing, process improvements, and visa support. Experience with settlement agreements and Workday is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
  • Prepare HR documentation, including contracts and amendments
  • Maintain and optimise Workday, supporting self-service
  • Handle HR inboxes and ticketing to ensure timely responses
  • Identify and support process improvements across People Ops
  • Assist the HR Intern with visas and immigration tasks
  • Escalate recurring or complex employee queries when required
  • Support broader People Operations, Reward, and Benefits cycles

Who You Are

  • 2+ years’ HR/People Operations experience within a fast paced environment
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Comfortable with settlement agreements
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
  • Strong communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Keen to improve processes and support a fast-growing tech environment
