Job Description
About the role:
Our client, a private office with a diverse portfolio, is seeking an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished, proactive, and highly organised individual with proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. The role requires a high degree of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities across both business and personal domains.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Managing Director

Manage a complex and fluid calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple business streams

Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries

Act as the first point of contact for all correspondence, including email management and call screening

Prepare, review, and draft emails, documents, and reports on behalf of the MD

Handle expense reporting, invoice tracking, and budget coordination

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including luxury developers and high-net-worth individuals

Support with personal tasks and errands as required

Maintain accurate and confidential records and filing systems

Assist in project tracking and following up on key business initiatives
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar PA or Executive Assistant role, ideally within a private office, finance, investment, or luxury-focused industry

Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of discretion and professionalism

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and travel/diary management tools

Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, UHNWIs, and luxury sector professionals
