Personal Assistant to CEO (Family Office-Style Environment)

Location: Lucerne, Switzerland (3 Days per Week in Office)
Contract: 3–4 Months (with Potential to Become Permanent)

We are supporting a CEO with multiple business ventures and personal projects within a family office-style environment. This is a high-level Personal Assistant role suited to a dynamic, internationally minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable supporting across both business and private matters.

There is an immediate requirement for hands-on support, with presence required in the Lucerne office three days per week. This is initially a 3–4 month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level, confidential support to the CEO across business activities and personal projects
  • Supporting communication and liaising with key stakeholders, partners, and family members as required
  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless coordination of commitments
  • Organising domestic and international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Assisting with banking matters and coordinating financial transfers with discretion and accuracy
  • Supporting events, appointments, and personal arrangements
  • Handling urgent and ad hoc matters with efficiency, sound judgement, and a strong sense of priority

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Personal Assistant or Senior PA supporting at C-level
  • Experience within an international, entrepreneurial, or family office-style environment is highly advantageous
  • Highly professional, polished, and articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasker who performs well under pressure and understands the importance of time management
  • Proactive, discreet, and able to take ownership from day one
  • Fluent in English (essential) with a good working level of German
