Location: Downtown Dubai
Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month
Working Pattern: 5.5 days per week – Friday half day, Saturday off

Candidates must have previous experience working within an international firm of any size. Candidates must also have experience working with a professional services firm. About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support a number of Partners within a well-established professional services firm based in Downtown Dubai.
This is a fast-paced and varied role supporting senior stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for complex diary management, meeting coordination, client communications, travel arrangements, document preparation, and providing seamless day to day support to ensure the Partners can operate effectively.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting senior professionals within a professional services environment such as audit, tax, consulting, legal, accounting, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high level administrative and personal assistant support to 2 Partners
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling requirements
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of documentation and meeting materials
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including client communications
• Prepare invoices, proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations, and business documentation
• Liaise closely with audit, tax, accounting, advisory, and operations teams on client-related matters
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
• Manage expenses, records, filing systems, and administrative processes
• Utilise Software for administrative and operational tasks
• Assist with client onboarding documentation and engagement administration
• Support business development activities, proposals, and client servicing initiatives
• Track deadlines, follow up on actions, and ensure priorities are managed effectively
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Requirements
• Currently based in the UAE with previous UAE work experience
• Previous experience working within an international firm is essential
• 2–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar business support role
• Previous experience supporting Partners, Directors, or senior stakeholders within a professional services environment is highly preferred
• Experience within audit, tax, accounting, consulting, legal, or financial services firms would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of client-facing professional services environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
• Experience using Odoo software is highly advantageous
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
