Personal Assistant - Asset Management | Permanent | 5 days on site | Salary: Competitive

This is a newly created role and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting senior stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities while acting as a trusted right-hand and member of the team.
The position requires a highly organised, proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage competing priorities with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple international time zones
- Coordinating extensive global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Managing and prioritising emails, calls and correspondence on behalf of senior executives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors and key stakeholders
- Supporting projects and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are effectively managed
- Preparing and processing expense reports
- Working closely with the wider Business Support team to drive collaboration and operational excellence
- Providing cover for the Office Manager when required
Candidate requirements:
- 5 years of experience within the financial services or banking industry
- Ability to work at a pace under time pressure
- Able to form strong and lasting senior stakeholder relationships
- Applicants should have good communication skills and have the ability to interact with people at different levels, both internally and externally
- Team player, collaborative with high level of emotional intelligence
- Professional and approachable, with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude at all times
- Able to show initiative, and resourcefulness
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- A high degree of personal and corporate integrity
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this position, as are strong computer skills (applicants must be experienced with Microsoft Outlook and Teams with strong Word/PowerPoint and other IT skills
