Title: Personal Assistant

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 pa.

Start: ASAP

I am currently working with a highly successful couple on the Upper East Side of Manhattan who are parents of two boys. They have a very busy schedule and are looking for a very flexible personal assistant to aide in their busy lives.  The ideal candidate will be able to drive their son, assist in daily logistics, and be the third adult to help in anything that might come their way. You will be working approximately be working 30 hours a week and you must be will to work a flexible schedule and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Drive boys for various activities – baseball, ski lessons etc.
• Scheduling personal appointments for all members of the family ranging from doctors’ appointments to dinner reservations
• Basic meal prep for family
• Assist in errands such as groceries and packages
• Possible travel on weekends
• Assist with caring for a new dog (training, walking etc)
• Open to ad hoc projects

Qualifications 

• 2 – 3 years’ experience as personal assistant
• Love of children and dogs
• Bachelor’s degree
• Extremely organized with high attention to detail
• Great with multi-tasking
• Understanding the latest technology and organizational trends/methodologies
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
