Title: Personal Assistant / Household Manager

Lower Manhattan & occasional travel to Nantucket

Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $120,000 p.a. + Bonus

Tiger is partnered with a High Net Worth Couple in Lower Manhattan who are seeking a Personal Assistant / Household Manager to support their busy lifestyle. The Principal is a CEO of a fast-paced consulting firm, and this role will provide comprehensive support across personal, household, and lifestyle responsibilities.

 

The family maintains residences in Lower Manhattan and Nantucket, requiring seamless coordination of travel, household operations, and seasonal logistics. This is a hands-on position for a proactive and highly organized individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and ensuring the smooth operation of both properties.

 

There may be periods requiring on-site support in Nantucket.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage personal scheduling, appointments, reservations, correspondence, and administrative support for both Principals
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and visa requirements
  • Oversee social calendars, private events, guest logistics, and lifestyle arrangements
  • Run errands and provide hands-on support as needed
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple residences
  • Coordinate with household staff, contractors, maintenance providers, and external vendors
  • Manage household repairs, servicing, deliveries, and seasonal property requirements
  • Coordinate transitions between New York and Nantucket, including support with future relocation and property projects
  • Manage pet-related logistics, including veterinary appointments, grooming, pet-sitting, and general care arrangements
  • Coordinate medical appointments and related administrative requirements
  • Maintain accurate household records, documentation, and key property information

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or within a private household environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to support both household and administrative operations
  • Comfortable working across both office and residential settings while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities, respond to urgent requests, and provide support outside of standard business hours when needed
  • Valid driver's license required; experience driving manual vehicles is preferred
  • Flexible to travel and provide on-site support in Nantucket as needed
