Personal Assistant to the CEO - Bodensee area Switzerland

Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and committed Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO. You will oversee a range of organizational, administrative, and daily tasks, that will contribute to the smooth running of both private and business life.

This role is based near to the Bodensee in Switzerland.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Arranging and coordinating business and private appointments
  • Managing schedules and calendars 
  • Booking private flights, hotels, chauffeur services, and private transfers
  • Handling phone calls, responding to emails and sorting and filing mail
  • Financial management (paying bills, creating expense overviews)
  • Organizing paperwork and documentation for the Tax office and Accountants
  • Supporting and Managing private properties
  • Basic accounting and Liasing with the Accountants
  • Coordination of all household services including the overseeing of cleaning, pet care, garden, maintenance work and seasonal decorations

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or a similar role in a UHNWI environment or as an Executive assistant to the CEO
  • Ability to coordinate complex schedules, organize travel and events, and manage various household tasks efficiently
  • Basic accounting skills for creating and maintaining expense overviews and simple financial management
  • Handling sensitive information and personal property with utmost discretion
  • Fluent in English, Fluent in German (additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are advantageous)
