Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, polished, and highly organised Personal Assistant / Wellness Coordinator to support a Male Principal in all aspects of daily life, wellness, personal administration, and household coordination. This role blends traditional PA duties with hands-on wellness support, including activity scheduling, medical coordination, and attending selected wellness activities alongside the Principal.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional discretion, and a service-driven mindset, with the flexibility to assist in a dynamic, fast-moving private household environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Support

  • Manage the Principal’s daily calendar, appointments, and personal commitments.

  • Coordinate local and international travel, including flights, hotel bookings, visas, and tailored itineraries.

  • Handle personal errands, gifting, reservations, and ad-hoc requests.

  • Accompany the Principal when needed for activities, meetings, or personal engagements.

  • Manage inbox, document organisation, correspondence, and follow-ups.

Wellness & Lifestyle Coordination

  • Book and organise sport and wellness activities, such as paddle/tennis sessions, personal training, spa bookings, recovery treatments, and similar engagements.

  • Assist with wellness planning and scheduling, including tracking appointments and ensuring consistency with routines.

  • Escort and support the Principal at medical, physiotherapy, or specialist appointments as needed.

  • Liaise with nutritionists, trainers, wellness practitioners, and clinics.

  • Ensure all wellness- and health-related information remains confidential and well organised.

Household & Logistics Support

  • Liaise with household staff, drivers, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Assist with household maintenance scheduling, inspections, and vendor coordination.

  • Manage petty cash, basic budgeting, and expense tracking.

  • Oversee inventories, restocking, and procurement for personal and household needs.

  • Step in to drive the Principal when drivers are unavailable (must hold a UAE driving licence).

General Support

  • Provide flexible, on-call assistance based on the Principal’s schedule and requirements.

  • Ensure seamless execution of all personal, lifestyle, and wellness-related matters.

  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, Wellness Coordinator, or similar role supporting a UHNW/VIP individual.

  • Strong understanding of wellness, sports scheduling, and health-focused lifestyle management.

  • Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable attending activities and appointments alongside the Principal.

  • Confident navigating Dubai, booking services, and liaising with premium wellness providers.

  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professional presentation.
