Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract Phase (Tender to Award):

• Evaluate contractor-submitted programmes during tender stage
• Develop master schedules and high-level milestone plans
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and contingency planning
• Coordinate design and procurement timelines with construction schedules
• Establish baseline programmes post-contract award

Post-Contract Phase (Construction to Handover):

• Monitor actual vs. planned progress, perform site walk throughs, and validate contractor reports
• Conduct delay analysis and support claims management
• Chair or participate in progress meetings with stakeholders
• Assess impact of changes and update schedules accordingly
• Plan resources, logistics, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Prepare detailed progress reports, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (mandatory)
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (PMI-SP, PMP, AACE PSP) preferred
• 5–7 years of project planning and scheduling experience, with minimum 3 years in the UAE
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments (projects AED 100M+)
• Proven experience in both pre-contract and post-contract planning
• Developer-side or consultant experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Expert in Primavera P6; strong knowledge of MS Project
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; understanding of CPM and delay analysis
• Familiarity with BIM 4D planning, Power BI/Tableau, and document management systems is a plus
