Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking a highly capable, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Principal within a dynamic and fast-paced family office environment. This is a pivotal 50/50 business and private support role, requiring exceptional discretion, organisation, and adaptability. The successful candidate will support across both the Principal’s personal affairs and a real estate investment fund focused on acquisitions across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
This is a 12-month contract position offering a hybrid working arrangement, with the typical working week being Monday to Wednesday based in Luxembourg, and Thursday to Friday working remotely from the UK. Occasional international travel will also be required
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive high-level Executive Assistant support across both business and private matters
• Manage complex and ever-changing schedules across multiple time zones
• Coordinate international travel arrangements including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and logistics
• Liaise with private aviation providers, including charter coordination and related travel logistics
• Act as a key gatekeeper and liaison between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Support the real estate investment function, including coordination around acquisitions, due diligence processes, and stakeholder communication
• Manage correspondence, prioritising and responding where appropriate
• Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution
• Assist with private and personal administration while maintaining professionalism and clear boundaries
• Maintain strict confidentiality across all aspects of the role
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven senior-level Executive Assistant experience, ideally within a family office, private office, or investment environment
• Experience supporting across both business and private matters
• Exposure to real estate or investment sectors is advantageous
• Previous experience coordinating private aviation is highly desirable
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly discreet, professional, and adaptable
• Flexible and willing to travel internationally as required
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital systems
