Private Personal Assistant (UHNWI / Private Office)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Reporting to: Principal
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Private Personal Assistant to support a UHNWI within a fast-paced, detail-driven private office environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong recall, sound judgement, and in-depth knowledge of the UAE. The successful candidate will be confident operating with a high degree of autonomy, managing complex logistics seamlessly and with absolute discretion. Seeking a profile that has experience supporting an entrepreneur CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi-time-zone diaries and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination across international locations.
- Arrange and oversee all aspects of travel logistics for the principal and family, including flights, visas, accommodation, cars, transfers, security, and last-minute changes.
- Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive House Manual, covering procedures, contacts, standards, and protocols.
- Oversee and coordinate domestic staff, including scheduling, performance oversight.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day personal and household matters with minimal oversight and high autonomy.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Flag potential issues early and resolve problems calmly and efficiently.
- Support ad-hoc personal projects and lifestyle requirements as they arise.
Experience you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Private PA supporting a UHNWI or private household.
- Strong working knowledge of the UAE, including local services, suppliers, regulations, and cultural considerations.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to retain and recall information accurately and quickly.
- Experience managing complex travel and logistics across multiple time zones – but not using agencies.
- Experience managing domestic staff and household operations.
- Strong IT experience for scheduling, travel management, and documentation.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and calm under pressure.
- Arabic language is a plus.
