- Coordinate all school communication, events, and term-time / holiday logistics.
- Plan and manage playdates, childcare support, and related arrangements.
- Liaise closely with the nanny to ensure seamless alignment on the children’s routines.
- Oversee day-to-day running of the home in coordination with the household team.
- Manage domestic maintenance, contractors, repairs, and service providers.
- Monitor household supplies and ensure smooth household operations.
- Build strong relationships with the driver, nanny, and other staff to foster an efficient and calm environment.
- Undertake personal errands, gift purchasing, reservations, and lifestyle admin.
- Manage the family calendar and coordinate personal and family events.
- Assist with travel planning—flights, hotels, itineraries, and complex family logistics.
- Handle ad-hoc requests with discretion and reliability.
- Maintain documents, receipts, school paperwork, and household records.
- Track upcoming deadlines, renewals, and commitments.
- Provide general organisational support to ensure the Principals’ lives run smoothly.
Candidate Requirements

- Warm, mature, calm, composed, and able to maintain professionalism at all times.
- Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with household staff.
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information.
- Hands-on, proactive attitude with strong initiative.
- Flexibility for last-minute changes and occasional out-of-hours needs.
