Job Description

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced and highly organised Private PA to support a single Principal based in Holland Park, London.

A significant focus of the role will involve supporting the Principal through an extensive house move and household transition project. The property contains a substantial collection of art, furniture, personal belongings, and archived documents, therefore the successful candidate must be highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable managing complex logistics with discretion and care.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Full private PA support to the Principal
• Complex diary and calendar management
• Coordinating appointments, meetings, reservations, and personal logistics
• Managing extensive international and domestic travel arrangements
• Submitting and managing medical insurance claims
• Overseeing all aspects of the house move project
• Coordinating packing, inventories, storage arrangements, and logistics
• Managing the cataloguing and organisation of artwork, furniture, and household items
• Organising and digitising important household and personal documentation
• Creating digital filing systems and maintaining accurate records/backups
• Liaising with contractors, movers, storage companies, and household suppliers
• Running personal errands and assisting with ad hoc projects as required
• Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times

Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Private PA supporting UHNW individuals
• Previous experience managing household projects or relocations highly desirable
• A genuine interest in art, interiors, or antiques would be highly advantageous
• Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and confident managing digital filing and documentation systems
• Calm, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
• Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Flexible with working hours and comfortable assisting remotely outside core hours when required
• A positive personality and ability to build strong relationships with household staff, contractors, and external suppliers
• Strong time management skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to all tasks
• Must be willing to sign an NDA

 

Location: Holland Park, London
Schedule: Approx. 10:00am – 6:30pm, with flexibility required outside hours when needed
Salary: £55,000
Start Date: Mid June
