Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Private Recruiter to support an UHNW household from their Marylebone family office.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, office-based role, requiring occasional flexibility for evening or weekend interviews depending on candidate availability.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment of a wide range of household staff including tutors, nannies, chefs, private PAs, estate/household management roles, and wider support staff.

Proactive sourcing, interviewing, vetting, reference checking, and onboarding of candidates.

Managing staff rotas, payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance.

Diary management and administrative support for the private office/estate team.

Maintaining organised recruitment pipelines and utilising technology and systems efficiently (COS experience beneficial).

Working collaboratively within a small, dynamic team to ensure smooth household operations.
Requirements

Proven private-household recruitment experience (essential).

Strong administrative, organisational, and diary-management skills.

Tech-savvy with excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Language skills in Swiss-German, French, or Spanish are a strong advantage.

A polished, discreet, and highly professional approach with the ability to manage sensitive information.

Flexibility to accommodate occasional out-of-hours interviews.
