Private/Executive Assistant
Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking a highly capable Personal/Executive Assistant to support a young entrepreneur with multiple international business interests. Based in Dubai, this is a rare chance to step into a broad, high-trust role with genuine long-term progression into a Chief of Staff function.
This is not a traditional assistant role. The successful candidate will become the principal’s operational right hand, managing a fast-moving and ever-evolving remit spanning executive support, financial coordination, lifestyle management, travel, advisers, household operations, and strategic projects. We are seeking someone sharp, ambitious, eager to learn, digitally savvy and commercially astute — a natural problem-solver who takes ownership, works proactively, and operates with excellent judgement, ensuring nothing is missed.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Full management of inbox, diary, calendar, meetings, and shifting priorities
- Scheduling across multiple time zones and resolving conflicts seamlessly
- Preparing summaries, briefing notes, correspondence, and follow-up actions
- Tracking deadlines, renewals, subscriptions, and outstanding matters
Travel & Lifestyle
- Managing all business and personal travel, visas, itineraries, and reservations
- Coordinating appointments, memberships, wellness, grooming, and personal logistics
- Handling gifting, wardrobe requests, sourcing, purchases, returns, and deliveries
- Ensuring all arrangements reflect quality, discretion, and strong taste
- Occasional travel with the Principal is required
Finance & Advisers
- Liaising with banks, brokers, lawyers, accountants, and other advisers
- Managing KYC, documentation, payments, invoices, expenses, and statements
- Tracking deadlines, requests, and ensuring timely completion of actions
- Supporting transactions and asset purchases under direction
Corporate & Personal Administration
- Maintaining records across personal and corporate entities
- Tracking filings, renewals, compliance deadlines, and governance calendars
- Organising contracts, official documents, and key reference materials
- Supporting wider business interests with day-to-day administration
Property & Household
- Coordinating household staff, contractors, maintenance, and service providers
- Managing repairs, furnishing, utilities, supplies, and household budgets
- Supporting new property setups, moves, and residential projects
Research & Projects
- Conducting research, comparisons, and concise recommendations
- Supporting acquisitions, suppliers, investments, and special projects
- Coordinating logistics for vehicles, property, collectibles, and other assets
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and efficiencies in advance
Relationship Management
- Tracking key dates, birthdays, anniversaries, and important follow-ups
- Supporting gifting, acknowledgements, and external communication where required
- Representing the principal professionally and discreetly at all times
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience supporting a founder or entrepreneur, min 3 – 5-year experience
- Tech savvy, digitally astute, advanced AI user – essential
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English
- Professional, polished, and emotionally intelligent
- Highly discreet with unquestionable integrity
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Resourceful and persistent in finding solutions
- Comfortable coordinating across finance, legal, household, and lifestyle matters
- Strong aesthetic judgement and taste across travel, hospitality, gifting, and presentation
- Able to work independently while knowing when to escalate matters appropriately
Package
Salary: AED 25,000 – 35,000 per month (DOE)
