Our client, a fast-growing tech company in the social networking space, is looking for a hands-on Growth Manager to lead the launch and scaling of a new premium platform while driving user migration from an existing app.

This is a highly execution-focused role. You will work closely with the CEO and product team to build, test, and scale growth initiatives, turning an existing user base into an engaged and monetized community. This is not a traditional marketing role — it requires ownership, speed, and strong product thinking.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Lead the migration of users from the legacy app, designing and optimizing conversion funnels and onboarding journeys
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve UX, onboarding, and overall conversion performance
  • Run continuous growth experiments (A/B testing, feature releases, pricing strategies) to drive scalable results
  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging) to increase engagement and retention
  • Optimize pricing models, subscriptions, and revenue streams to improve ARPU and LTV
  • Define, track, and analyze key metrics (activation, retention, conversion, CAC vs LTV)
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize initiatives to drive sustainable growth
  • Work directly with leadership to align growth efforts with overall business objectives

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in growth, product, or startup roles
  • Experience with mobile apps, marketplaces, social platforms, or subscription products
  • Strong understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Firebase
  • Ability to work closely with engineers and product teams
  • Experience launching products or features from 0 to scale
  • Experience with user migration or reactivation campaigns
