Are you an experienced Project Manager in Yacht Interior Design ready to take on an international leadership role? Our client, a prestigious interior design and project delivery firm in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director as their right hand, overseeing high-end design projects across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and deliver complex interior design projects from concept to completion.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across international locations.

• Oversee design development, ensuring creative excellence and adherence to client vision.

• Travel frequently to oversee on-site project execution and client meetings.

• Support the Managing Director in strategic planning, presentations, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management.

• 5+ years of proven experience managing interior design or fit-out projects.

• Strong technical understanding of design, construction, and project delivery processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel internationally for project supervision.

• Fluency in English required; French language proficiency strongly preferred.

• Based in Dubai.
