Reception – Investment Firm

Location – Central London

Type – To Start ASAP, Temporary (6-months)

Hours – Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Salary - £17/h

We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to step in and manage the front desk for a global investment firm. While the organisation operates internationally, the London office is a close-knit and high-performing team.

 

What You’ll Do
• Managing the reception desk and front-of-house area
• Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional manner
• Coordinating and maintaining 4 external meeting rooms and 5 internal meeting rooms
• Ensuring office supplies are well stocked and the office remains tidy and organised
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
• Coordinating with PAs to arrange lunches, order groceries, and place office-related orders
