Receptionist & Administrator | £30,000 - £34,000 | Perm | West-End | Office-based 

Tiger is delighted to represent one of our longest standing clients in the search for a dynamic and career-motivated Receptionist. Based in the heart of the West End, this boutique private equity firm is on the upward curve and as a result, they can offer strong career progression and development.  This really is an excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming Receptionist to join a high-performing business. If you have six months to one year's experience and are looking to develop into an PA role within Private Equity, this is the role for you.

You will support colleagues across all teams and business support functions, manage meeting rooms and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The firm values initiative and the role suits a proactive, adaptable attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of house: meeting and greeting HNNWI guests and senior stakeholders
  • Answering the main phone line
  • Organising meetings and appointments across multiple time zones 
  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Managing meeting room bookings and resolving conflicts
  • Setting up refreshments and video conferences
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Expense filing and corporate credit card management
  • Supporting the Team Assistant and Office Manager, including holiday cover for the Team Assistant
  • Handling multiple priorities and last-minute changes with ease
  • Acting as a problem solver for a variety of office needs as the company grows

About You

  • Previous experience in a workplace, reception or similar role (6 months - 1 year experience) 
  • Positive, dynamic and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly reliable, trustworthy and discreet
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage last-minute changes effectively
  • Proactive, anticipating needs and taking initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, for both internal and external guests
  • Happy to be office based 5 days
