Receptionist – Private Equity (Temporary, Mat Leave Coverage)

Tiger is recruiting a temporary Receptionist / Office Assistant on behalf of a private equity firm in the Flatiron District. This is a small office with a headcount of c. 15 and one conference room.

 

This is a ca. 3-month temp assignment (maternity leave coverage).

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Welcome guests and ensure they are checked in correctly
  • Manage vendors, eg. cleaning service
  • Prepare the office for the day, including restocking kitchen supplies and snacks
  • Manage conference room bookings and ensure the space is set up with refreshments and snacks
  • Manage the inbox
  • Answer and direct incoming calls as needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages
  • Support with ad hoc tasks as required
  • Assist with light calendar management
  • Liaise with building management regarding office issues
