Tiger Recruitment is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Business Support Division.
We are a well-established recruitment business, known for our longstanding client relationships, high standards of service and collaborative approach. You’ll be joining a supportive, fast-paced and professional team where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your own desk, build strong relationships and progress your career.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a genuinely client-facing position, is confident building and nurturing relationships, and takes pride in delivering an excellent level of service. Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll manage the full recruitment process while contributing to the continued growth of the division.
What you will do

Manage and develop established client relationships

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Source, screen and interview high-calibre candidates

Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement

Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

Work towards individual targets while contributing to the wider team

Share market insight and collaborate closely with colleagues
