An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a successful Finance & Accounting team based in the West End.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships, winning new business and delivering an exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing client relationships.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Attract and interview high-calibre candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
• Use databases and LinkedIn to source and engage candidates.
• Produce high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Manage the recruitment process from brief through to offer.
• Provide clients with market insight and salary benchmarking.
• Contribute ideas across marketing, technology, PR and events.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and client service.

Person Profile

• Proven recruitment experience within Finance & Accounting.
• Strong sales, business development or account management experience.
• Commercially aware and target-driven.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Confident building relationships at all levels.
• Positive, energetic and proactive.
• Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
• Able to work under pressure while remaining calm and professional.
• A strong team player with the confidence to mentor and lead by example.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and commitment.
