Job Description
My client, a well established consultancy firm, is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to join them in their gorgeous City Offices!

Role: Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: City of London
When: Monday - Friday / 3 days in office
What you'll do:
- Lead European internship programmes from end-to-end
- Screen all interns, set up interviews and manage full onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers within the business to identify recruitment needs
- Manage the companies ATS system ensuring all processes are correct and up to date
- Provide support and guidance to candidates who may need it
- Proactively source and engage with new talent via portals such as LinkedIn
- Manage all job postings to ensure that there is continuity throughout
- Lead and manage the firms DE&I programme
- Lead and support diversity initiatives across offices
- Managing UpReach programmes
- Running work experience weeks
- Develop similar programmes in European Offices
What you need:
- Fluent in French or German is desired
- Previous experience within a Professional Services firm
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience within a recruitment position
