Job Description

My client, a well established consultancy firm, is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to join them in their gorgeous City Offices!

Role: Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: City of London
When: Monday - Friday / 3 days in office 

What you'll do:

  • Lead European internship programmes from end-to-end 
  • Screen all interns, set up interviews and manage full onboarding 
  • Work closely with hiring managers within the business to identify recruitment needs
  • Manage the companies ATS system ensuring all processes are correct and up to date 
  • Provide support and guidance to candidates who may need it
  • Proactively source and engage with new talent via portals such as LinkedIn
  • Manage all job postings to ensure that there is continuity throughout 
  • Lead and manage the firms DE&I programme 
    • Lead and support diversity initiatives across offices
    • Managing UpReach programmes
    • Running work experience weeks
    • Develop similar programmes in European Offices

What you need:

  • Fluent in French or German is desired
  • Previous experience within a Professional Services firm 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Proven experience within a recruitment position
