Recruitment Senior Specialist (6 months contract)

Location Abu Dhabi

Salary - 25,000 AED - 30,000 AED per month, pro rata

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist for a 6-month, full-time contract to work closely with the Recruitment Partner and oversee recruitment activities across an Abu Dhabi office. This role will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and requires a highly capable recruitment professional with broad, multi-functional experience. The ideal candidate will be able to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performing environment while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, across a broad range of roles such as Legal, Human Resources, Investment Technology, and Executive leadership.

Design and execute effective, innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent across multiple functions, tailoring approaches to meet specific hiring requirements.

Manage all recruitment activities for roles based in Abu Dhabi, including the preparation and extension of employment offers across all positions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leaders and hiring managers, partnering closely to understand workforce needs, define hiring timelines, and ensure seamless coordination throughout the recruitment and mobility process.

Vendor and External Partner Management: Collaborate with external providers such as recruitment agencies, immigration consultants, and mobility partners to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure recruitment processes align with local employment laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, proactively monitoring and responding to any relevant changes.

Manage the candidate journey end-to-end, ensuring a consistently high standard of professionalism, clear communication, and a seamless transition from recruitment through to onboarding.

Deliver recruitment training and guidance to hiring managers, including interview best practices and candidate evaluation techniques, to ensure consistency and quality across hiring processes.

Monitor recruitment and mobility metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership, providing insights into hiring effectiveness, candidate quality, and key KPIs such as time-to-hire.

Operate as a standalone recruiter while supporting additional HR initiatives as required, including process improvements, project work, and broader people-related support.

 

Preferred Experience & Skills

 

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a senior or strategic recruitment role.

Masters degree or professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred.

Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment, supporting a broad range of roles and functions.

Strong end-to-end recruitment experience with a demonstrated focus on ATS management and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR platforms, with familiarity in systems such as Greenhouse, ADP, or Workday preferred.

Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes, multiple projects, and senior stakeholder relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.

Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices related to hiring and onboarding.

Highly independent and professional, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and exercise sound judgment.

Strong capability in reporting and analyzing recruitment data to drive process improvements and informed decision-making.

Experience with change initiatives, program management, and managing high-volume interview scheduling.

Proven ability to support leaders across multiple functions, with a continuous focus on best practices and process enhancement.
