Relationship Manager / Private Banker

Role Overview

This position is aimed at senior bankers who manage their own client relationships and are looking to operate within a more entrepreneurial structure. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth clients, expanding existing relationships, and developing new business using the firm’s platform and specialist resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients

• Develop new client relationships through personal networks and referrals

• Provide tailored wealth management and investment advisory solutions

• Collaborate with internal and external specialists on client strategies

• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients

• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and governance standards

Candidate Requirements

• Background in private banking or wealth management

• Existing client relationships with investable assets from CHF 1 million+

• Good understanding of the Swiss wealth management environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently

• English fluency required; additional languages beneficial
