Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality printing, photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating, and document finishing services.
  • Manage high-volume print requests while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare court bundles, trial bundles, client presentations, and legal documentation to a high standard.
  • Operate and maintain digital print and finishing equipment, reporting faults where necessary.
  • Monitor paper, toner, and stationery supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Prioritise workloads to meet urgent and business-critical requests from legal and business support teams.
  • Ensure all work is handled in accordance with confidentiality and information security requirements.
  • Provide support with incoming and outgoing mail, courier requests, and document distribution when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of print jobs and departmental activity where appropriate.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reprographics processes and service delivery.
  • Build positive working relationships across the firm by providing a responsive and professional service.

About You:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within a reprographics, print room, document production, or administrative support environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support colleagues across the business.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and digital document management systems.
  • Knowledge of professional print and finishing equipment is desirable.
  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.
