The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the monitoring and assessment of risk, ensuring adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations. The position involves both analytical and stakeholder-facing responsibilities, as well as contributing to wider business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing risk monitoring and compliance activities
• Conduct reviews, assessments, and analysis of financial and operational information
• Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation
• Prepare clear and concise reports to support decision-making
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide guidance
• Track and follow up on agreed actions to ensure timely completion
• Contribute to process improvements and overall compliance best practices
• Support broader projects and organisational initiatives as required

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, or audit within financial services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and organised approach

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Business, or Economics

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. A second language is particularly advantageous.
