Job Description

Tiger Private is seeking a highly experienced Rota Nanny for an international UHNW family based between London, Spain and Monaco to support the care and development of their 8-year-old daughter. This is a fully staffed household environment, and the family are looking for a warm, highly organised, discreet and flexible nanny who is confident working collaboratively within an established team of household staff.

 

Schedule

  • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota
  • Full flexibility required whilst on duty
  • Extensive international travel throughout the year
  • Accommodation provided when travelling and during working rotations

Responsibilities

  • Sole-charge care of an 8-year-old girl
  • Supporting educational development and daily routines
  • Assisting with schoolwork and maintaining strong communication skills in English
  • Organising age-appropriate activities, travel packing and scheduling
  • Travelling extensively with the family across multiple residences
  • Liaising professionally with household staff, tutors and wider support teams

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a career nanny within private households
  • Previous rota and international travel experience highly desirable
  • Native-level or fluent English essential (English is the child’s first language and primary language of education) Spanish language skills highly desirable due to extensive time spent in Spain. Additional French or German language skills advantageous
  • Flexible, adaptable and confident working across different environments and time zones
  • Professional, discreet and well-presented at all times
  • EU passport or unrestricted travel ability advantageous
