Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Rota Nanny / Housekeeper to join a private household based in Kensington. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced private household professional seeking a structured rota position combining sole-charge childcare responsibilities with housekeeping duties within a warm and busy household working alongside a single mother.

This is a rota position (Monday–Sunday coverage), offered on either a 1 week on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off basis, depending on candidate preference. Flexibility will be required within the working rota period, including occasional evenings and overnight support when needed. International travel may also be required on occasion.

The successful candidate will be proactive, nurturing, highly organised, and confident in both childcare and housekeeping, providing consistent support for a 1-year-old child while also maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and smooth running of the household. They will ensure a structured, safe, and developmentally focused environment for the child, alongside high standards of presentation and upkeep across the home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing full childcare support for a 1-year-old child, including sole-charge care when required
• Managing daily routines, naps, feeding, hygiene, and age-appropriate developmental activities
• Planning and engaging in stimulating, age-appropriate play and learning activities
• Preparing healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the child
• Maintaining the child’s bedroom, clothing, and belongings to a high standard
• Assisting with Housekeeping within the three large apartment
• Occasional overnight care and babysitting within rota periods
• Travelling with the family internationally when required
• Working collaboratively with the mother and any additional household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a nanny within private households
• Strong experience with babies/toddlers and confident in sole-charge care
• Fluent English essential; French is advantageous
• Enhanced DBS required; First Aid certification desirable
• Valid passport and flexibility to travel internationally
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
