Rota Nanny, South West London.
Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Rota nanny for a UHNW family based primarily between Richmond and Kensington. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a warm and well-structured private household that values professionalism, discretion, and long-term commitment.
The role operates on a one week on / one week off (Monday–Sunday) rota, with two nannies on duty at all times, ensuring support and continuity of care. The position offers a mix of live-in and live-out arrangements, depending on the family’s schedule, and includes regular weekends at other UK residences as well as extended international travel during school holidays.
You will be looking after children aged 8–16. You will work within a vibrant, fully staffed household where excellence is the standard. Your role will be both hands-on and organisational, encompassing school runs, homework supervision, activity and itinerary planning, wardrobe management, occasional meal preparation, and the immaculate upkeep of the children’s environments. You will take shared ownership of calendars, playdates, birthdays, and medical appointments, and travel with the family - confidently managing packing, logistics, and thoughtfully planned, age-appropriate experiences.
A key part of this position is acting as a trusted and reliable point of communication between parents, teachers, tutors, and household staff, always prioritising the children’s education, wellbeing, and personal development.
The successful candidate will be based in London and have prior experience as a rota nanny supporting multiple school-age children, including a sound understanding of neurodiversity and different learning styles. An up-to-date DBS, paediatric first aid certification, clean driving licence are essential. Tutoring credentials would be an advantage.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished, career rota nanny seeking a long-term role within a dynamic and supportive UHNW household.
