We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a leading European fashion brand with strong growth plans in the UAE. This role is all about making sure orders run smoothly, customers are supported, and operations stay on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full order process (B2B & B2C) — from entry to delivery.

  • Act as the main contact for customers, sales teams, and logistics.

  • Handle transport issues, returns, and corrective actions quickly.

  • Use ERP, CRM, and order portals to manage and track customer activity.

  • Monitor KPIs (response time, SLA, satisfaction) and improve results.

  • Support and train the customer service team (when needed).

  • Join cross-functional meetings to keep communication clear.

  • Take ownership of complex cases and escalate when required.

  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or similar.

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, order management, or coordination.

  • Strong understanding of order processes (B2B/B2C).

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • UAE residency is required.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
