Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a leading European fashion brand with strong growth plans in the UAE. This role is all about making sure orders run smoothly, customers are supported, and operations stay on track.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full order process (B2B & B2C) — from entry to delivery.

Act as the main contact for customers, sales teams, and logistics.

Handle transport issues, returns, and corrective actions quickly.

Use ERP, CRM, and order portals to manage and track customer activity.

Monitor KPIs (response time, SLA, satisfaction) and improve results.

Support and train the customer service team (when needed).

Join cross-functional meetings to keep communication clear.

Take ownership of complex cases and escalate when required.

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:

Degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or similar.

2+ years’ experience in customer service, order management, or coordination.

Strong understanding of order processes (B2B/B2C).

Fluent in French and English.
-
UAE residency is required.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
