Sales Administrator – High-End Serviced Offices

Based in Central London | Office-based
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 + OTE – depending on experience
9am – 5:30pm tbc
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a leading provider of premium serviced office spaces, renowned for their beautifully designed environments and five-star client experience.
You’ll play a key role in supporting a busy and high-performing sales team — managing enquiries, coordinating information, and ensuring every client interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This role offers fantastic scope to grow and develop your career, with strong potential to progress into a full sales role for the right candidate.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming sales enquiries
- Log leads accurately to support data tracking and performance reporting
- Manage the sales team’s diary, schedule viewings, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain up-to-date records of all activity and client communications
- Communicate clearly with brokers, agents, and prospective clients, providing accurate information on pricing and availability
- Support the team in achieving key performance targets (enquiry-to-tour and tour-to-deal conversion)
- Prepare and present information for both internal and external use
- Assist in reviewing and improving processes to streamline efficiency and results
- Uphold company standards and ensure a consistent, professional client experience
WHO YOU ARE:
- At least 1 year of administration or sales support experience
- A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Positive, can-do, and enthusiastic — keen to learn and grow within sales
- A strong team player with a professional approach and great people skills
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress into a full sales role as your experience grows
