Retail Sales Associate – Swiss made Luxury Brand

On behalf of a high end designer clothing brand we are searching for a German speaking Brand Ambassador for a pop up store within the Landquart Fashion outlet.

As a Brand Ambassador, you represent the essence of the brand within a luxury department store environment. Your role is to provide a refined and personalized shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values and design philosophy. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and upholding the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Client Experience & Sales
• Deliver exceptional, service-oriented experiences in line with luxury retail standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and clientele
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively communicate brand storytelling
• Visual Merchandising & Presentation
• Ensure visual displays meet brand standards
• Assist with seasonal merchandising updates in collaboration with store teams
• Operations & Reporting
• Accurately process sales and handle stock replenishment
• Support inventory management and product deliveries
• Share client feedback and sales insights with the brand team

WHO YOU ARE

• Strong communication skills and polished personal presentation
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and clientele
• Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and the luxury sector
• Fluent in German; English proficiency required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
