Salary: 10,000 AED + 2% commission

Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales Executive to lead GCC trade and private-client sales, strengthening the company’s presence within Dubai’s interior design community and managing bespoke commissions from the initial consultation through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and design studios across the UAE and wider GCC.
• Drive B2B trade sales while developing opportunities with private clients seeking bespoke solutions.
• Lead showroom appointments and on-site consultations, guiding clients through materials, design options, and customisation.
• Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end through HubSpot, including quotations, follow-ups, order coordination, and client communication.
• Collaborate closely with the design and production teams on custom sizing, samples, lead times, and project delivery.
• Represent the brand at industry events, trade fairs, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally within luxury interiors, furniture, rugs, home décor, or a related design-led sector.
• Existing relationships with UAE-based interior designers, architects, and design studios are highly desirable.
• A consultative and relationship-led approach, with the confidence and polish to work with high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic would be a distinct advantage given the client base.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• A self-motivated individual who is comfortable taking ownership of a pipeline and working towards ambitious targets.
• A UAE driving licence is preferred.
