Working within a high-performing commercial team, you'll be at the forefront of generating enquiries, arranging viewings, and building relationships that help keep a portfolio of premium business centres fully occupied.

Reporting directly to the Central Sales Manager, this role offers exceptional training, support, and career progression. We're looking for attitude, drive, and potential above all else. Whether you're already in a sales role or looking to break into a commercial career, this could be the perfect next step.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and brokers interested in our premium office spaces.
  • Arrange and coordinate viewings across our portfolio of luxury business centres.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the broker and agent community.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and self-sourced lead generation.
  • Support and run promotional campaigns with brokers to increase enquiry levels and viewing activity.
  • Manage leads through the CRM system, ensuring opportunities are followed up effectively.
  • Help improve lead-to-viewing conversion through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Represent the brand professionally, delivering an exceptional experience to every prospective client.
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to support occupancy and revenue targets.
