We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join an FMCG company in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in the perfume/fragrance industry and a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team

• Expand market presence and build strong relationships with key clients and distributors

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the perfume or fragrance sector

• Strong knowledge of UAE perfume market trends and competitors

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Ability to travel frequently for business requirements

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license

• Based in or willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
