Our international client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead business development activities for its scaffolding division in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a strong network within the construction, industrial, oil & gas, infrastructure, and maintenance sectors, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key market sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract award.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and delivery of awarded projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the scaffolding industry.
• Proven success in scaffolding sales, business development, and account management.
• Strong network and established relationships within the UAE construction and industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Currently based in the UAE preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
