Our international client is seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to lead business development, project delivery, and operational excellence for its scaffolding division in Dubai. This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong scaffolding industry expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a solid project management background.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the efficient delivery of scaffolding solutions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across construction, industrial, oil & gas, infrastructure, and maintenance sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Operations & Project Management

• Oversee end-to-end scaffolding operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project teams, site managers, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage resource planning, workforce allocation, equipment utilization, and project scheduling.
• Monitor project performance, costs, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop sales and operational teams.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.
• Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to align business objectives and operational strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience within the scaffolding industry.
• At least 5 years of proven managerial experience leading sales and operational teams.
• Strong background in both scaffolding sales and project management.
• Demonstrated success in business development, contract negotiation, and account management.
• Solid understanding of scaffolding design, installation, safety regulations, and project delivery processes.
• Experience managing multiple projects and large-scale client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Currently based in Dubai, UAE, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
