Sales Trainer
Job Description
We require a dynamic Sales Trainer who can improve performance, bring energy and achieve excellent results. You must be a confident, engaging trainer who knows how to motivate, mentor and elevate sales professionals — turning average into exceptional. You will be responsible for training and inspiring a high-performing sales team in one of Dubai’s grass roots to global real estate developers. You will design and deliver highly impactful training sessions, coaching sales agents and brokers to hit targets, sharpen their client approach, and master the art of closing with confidence.
Candidate criteria:

A steady career background in real estate, banking, or finance training from designing with creativity, to engaging delivery.

Proven experience in training and coaching sales professionals, brokers, or client-facing teams.

Ability to bring great energy, presence, and communication skills – you will know how to hold a room.

A strong understanding of what drives sales performance and the ability to tailor your training to deliver real ROI results.
