Rotation: 7 on / 7 off (07:00–19:00, days only)

Overview

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Security Co-ordinator for a prestigious private estate in Hampshire. This is a senior, standalone role requiring full ownership of on-site security operations during shift, working closely with the property team and external providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence and conduct regular estate patrols
• Act as the primary contact for all security matters on-site
• Monitor and manage CCTV, alarms, access control, and gate systems
• Control estate access, keys, and deliveries
• Produce incident reports, daily logs, and maintain SOPs
• Liaise with staff and contractors; support security maintenance schedules

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven high-end residential or private estate security experience (mandatory)
• Valid SIA Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong knowledge of CCTV and security systems
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Able to work independently with discretion

Desirable:

• Close protection or HNW experience
• Military/police background
• First Aid qualification
