This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional services company which offers a broad range of accountancy services to their clients.  Based in Central London, they are looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant who will join a busy team within the firm and work with a broad range of clients.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Prepare company accounts for FRS105 and FRS102 Limited companies
• Prepare corporation tax computations for FRS105 and FRS102 companies
• Assist with personal tax compliance work as required
• Prepare personal tax returns
• Take responsibility for a portfolio of monthly bookkeeping and VAT return jobs
• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Help train junior members of staff
• Handle client queries

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE/BE:

• Part-qualified ACA or ACCA or qualified AAT and looking to start ACA/ACCA. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a small/medium size practice
• Working knowledge of corporation and personal tax is desirable
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience using Xero is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
