Role: Senior Administrative Assistant (with CEO Support)

Salary: Up to £38,000 p.a
A highly regarded investment organisation based in the City of London is seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior Administrative Assistant to support its CEO and wider team. This is a varied and responsible role, offering a unique blend of executive support, membership coordination, and office administration within a professional and collaborative environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives on organisation, and is confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
This is a broad and dynamic position with three core areas of responsibility:
CEO Administrative Support
- Providing dedicated support to the CEO, including complex diary management and scheduling
- Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Supporting the organisation of CEO-led events (e.g. member breakfasts, lunches, and dinners)
- Preparing materials, briefing packs, and documentation as required
Membership & Onboarding
- Managing the membership inbox and responding to enquiries, ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement
- Coordinating member onboarding processes and maintaining accurate records
- Updating website and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Managing mailing lists and supporting member communications
- Assisting with membership renewals and ongoing relationship management
Office Administration
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and supplier relationships
- Assisting with office coordination, including a potential move to a serviced office
About You
You’ll be an experienced and adaptable administrative professional who is confident supporting senior stakeholders and enjoys a varied role.
- Previous experience in a Senior Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, or Executive Assistant role, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment.
