Salary:  € 25,000 - €37,500
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Tiger is seeking a proactive and hands-on finance professional to join a leading finance firm at its newly established Lisbon hub. You will play a key role in building the finance function, supporting the set-up of new systems and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop alongside a new team and progress their career within an international business.

What you’ll Do

• Work closely with the Senior Manager to build and develop the in-house finance function in Lisbon
• Support the transition of the finance function from outsourced accountants, putting in place the right structure, systems and processes
• Take responsibility for the financial control of group entities, including month-end reporting, quarterly Board reporting and MI
• Contribute to year-end financial statements and the audit process
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, regulatory returns and tax returns
• Identify gaps in controls and drive improvements across processes and systems
• Drive positive change within the team, supporting managers in delivering day-to-day responsibilities

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3+ years’ relevant experience (5+ years for Senior Associate level);
• Financial services experience preferred
• Experienced in reporting under IFRS or US GAAP (preferred)
• Strong systems skills, including financial modelling and ERP knowledge
• Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
• Highly organised and able to manage a wide range of responsibilities
