Senior Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO | Europe | Extensive International Travel
Tiger Private is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a highly accomplished Senior Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO of a globally recognised technology and education group. This is a demanding, high-exposure role supporting an exceptionally driven entrepreneur whose interests span technology, education, investment, research and philanthropy. The successful candidate will become a trusted right hand, providing seamless support across both professional and personal matters whilst operating within a highly international environment. The role requires an individual with outstanding organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will be comfortable managing complex schedules, extensive international travel and multiple competing priorities, whilst maintaining complete discretion and professionalism at all times. Candidates must be comfortable travelling frequently and operating across multiple international locations, often at short notice. Whilst the position offers flexibility, it is not a traditional 9-to-5 role and requires a mindset centred around responsiveness, ownership and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Founder and CEO
- Manage an exceptionally complex international diary across multiple time zones
- Coordinate extensive international travel, including commercial and private aviation, accommodation, visas, transfers and itineraries
- Prepare meeting materials, briefing documents and executive correspondence
- Manage inboxes, prioritise communications and draft responses where appropriate
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring efficient management of requests and priorities
- Coordinate business and personal logistics, including occasional support to family members
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, advisors, external partners and private staff
- Support special projects and ensure seamless execution across multiple jurisdictions
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
- Previous experience supporting a Founder, CEO, UHNW Principal or Family Office at a senior level
- Demonstrated ability to operate at pace whilst managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working under pressure and responding effectively to short-notice requests
- Flexible and available to work outside traditional business hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally at short notice
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional organisational, project management and prioritisation skills
- Highly discreet, emotionally intelligent and service-oriented
- Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office, productivity tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Valid passport and unrestricted ability to travel internationally
Highly Desirable
- Additional language skills
- Willingness to relocate to Bremen (Germany), Bodrum (Turkey) or Sofia (Bulgaria)
- EU passport or residence permit
Salary: £70K - 90K (depending on experience)
