Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join a creative team. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative visual communicator with exceptional infographic design capabilities and fluency in both Arabic and English. This role requires the ability to transform complex information, data, and strategic content into engaging, visually compelling, and easy-to-understand designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality infographics, reports, presentations, annual reports, white papers, and corporate communications materials.
• Translate complex data, research findings, and strategic information into visually engaging and accessible content.
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create bilingual (Arabic and English) marketing and communication materials for print, digital, and social media channels.
• Ensure accuracy in Arabic and English layouts, typography, and content placement.
• Collaborate with content writers, strategists, account managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful visual communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Stay up to date with design trends, data visualization techniques, and emerging creative technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with significant experience creating infographics and corporate communications materials.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in infographic design, reports, presentations, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience designing bilingual publications and layouts.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and information hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
